Has anyone else tried out innertalk?!
Question: Its recored audio that has subliminal messages in it. It is supposed to help you lose weight quit smoking etc. Almost anything you can think of they have a tape for it. Its http://www.innertalk.com/ has anyone tried this out? If so tell me about it ^^.

The best way to do innertalk is to do it yourself using EMDR.
In EMDR you open a channel to the subconscious by closing your eyelids and then moving your eyes back and forth from left to right. EMDR can be done anywhere, anytime, except when driving a car.
Before doing EMDR, fix the goal firmly in the mind and then perform EMDR for about 5 or 10 minutes.
I use it to make bad feelings go away. If something bad happens, I stop what I am doing and do EMDR while holding the "bad" in my mind and feeling the burn caused by the bad.
This simple procedure causes the bad to be replaced by happiness, sometimes right away and sometimes later on in the day.
The true potential of EMDR has not yet been fully explored.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is used by shrinks to treat war veterans who have mental trauma and can't get it out of theri head. Normally this takes years however with EMDR it only takes a few weeks or even less.
Subliminal tapes scare me because you don't know for real what they are saying, unless you make one yourself.
Been tried. It did nothing for me that self control wouldnt have done. Was unsucessful . best of luck
