Can Alpha-Ketoglutarate cross the blood brain barrier?!

Question: Can Alpha-Ketoglutarate cross the blood brain barrier!?
According to Dr Ann de Wees Allen's research:

1!. Researchers and physicians caution that Alpha-Ketoglutarate is not recommended for human use!.
2!. L-arginine formulas that do not contain a blind amino acid rider do not work
3!. L-arginine are not effective in capsule, tablet, liquid or gel forms
4!. L-arginine formulas that contain L-Lysine and L-citrulline do not work
5!. Unacceptable forms of L-arginine are: Arginine HCL, Arginine Pyroglutamate and Alpha-Ketoglutamate

Can someone tell me if this true or just hype to sell Dr Allen's
product called RG9m2!.Www@Youqa@Cn

Answers:
I would say he's trying to sell his product by attacking his competition!. Yes, Alpha-KetoGlutarate (AKG) can cross the blood brain barrier!. AKG is used by a lot of body-builders because of the benefits, and they are considered to be in great shape and very healthy!. L-Arginine by itself (or with AKG) work perfectly fine!.!.!. I've experienced the benefits myself, not to mention the thousands of customers that take it (and those that take too much get diarrhea)!. The L-Lysine part is partially right, but for the wrong reason!.!.!.!. L-Lysine should be taken on it's own or it may not be absorbed or utilized as well!.

Yeah, it's just hype to sell his product by using misinformation or baseless studies (meaning bad information) to attack any product that's not his, making it look like his is the only option!. I'm always nervous when I read an article or "sales pitch" saying how any other form of a product isn't good or is bad!.Www@Youqa@Cn
