Actually, they're about the same thing!. Chew-Q is a chewable form of Q-Gel!.!.!. the Hyrdo-Q-Sorb and Bio-Solv are two different patented processes, but they do the same basic thing (make CoQ10 water soluble, which is Q-Gel)!.Www@Youqa@Cn
