Coffee will cause these symptoms far more than any tea!. It is the caffeine, not the tea or coffee!. To decaffeinate 80% of tea just dip tea bag into hot water for a minute and pour out hot water and replace with new hot water and steap!.Www@Youqa@Cn

I read somewhere that drinking black tea can increase anxiety!. I don't remember why!. But the article specifically talked about tea and anxiety!. While drinking black tea can relieve stress it can also trigger anxiety!. For me personally I try to drink only 1 cup of tea in the morning!. It sure wakes me up!.
