you can't hurry up the removal process, but you can limit your intake!. A really effective way is to avoid taking in vitamin c with anything rich in iron, as most of the iron we consume requires reducing to a form that can be easily absorbed, and vit!. c can act as a reucing agent!.

Foods that containi iron include red meat, fish, poultry, lentils, beans, leaf vegetables, tofu, chickpeas, black-eyed peas, potatoes with skin, bread made from completely whole-grain flour, molasses, teff and farina!. The iron in meat will be more likely to be uptaken regardless of consuming vit!. c anyway, so you may have to avoid it!. hope this helps!Www@Youqa@Cn

My father has hemochromatosis and though he should limit his iron intake (not eat liver, red meat, etc!.) he doesn't, so he gets his blood drawn often!. If you do have hemochromatosis, not taking care of it can shorten your life, sometimes substantially!. My father has been donating blood since he was 14 and the doctor said that that is what has kept him alive so long!. Of course, giving blood will decrease the amount of iron in the blood stream!. Sometimes, when he hasn't donated in a while, his blood is so thick it clogs the machines, and when he has an inexperienced technician, they don't handle it well!. also, often he donates two pints instead of one, it helps in the long term, but he feels pretty bad for a couple days!. Hope this helps!? It isn't an herb, but it's what i know works!. :)Www@Youqa@Cn

Donate to the local blood bank!.

This is a genetic condition!. Your condition is caused by your body's inability to handle the iron in your system!. Herbs and detoxing won't help!.Www@Youqa@Cn
