Question: If you've EVER tried "Olive Leaf" for antibacterial/antiviral--to help aid your illness!?did it help!?
Answers:
Olive leaf extract, like grape seed extract and oil of oregano, among others, is a great anti-microbial agent!. In other words, it does act to kill bacteria, viruses, fungus, and some parasites!. The drawback to using these is that they don't work as "fast" as antibiotics!. Their success also depends on the quality of product, your lifestyle, and frankly, how many you take at one time!.
If you would rather take something natural and not add to antibiotic resistant strains of infection, these natural supplements are great! You just have to reinforce it with good nutrition, rest, water and good clean living (at least for a few days)!.
