I need a vitamin which is good for hair ,nails and skin?i heard of permea plus?is it good? thank you?!

I don't know about that "permea plus" but I use Vitamin E, Silicia Gel (alternate between liquid and caps), Knox gelatin before it sets I drink the liquid!.Www@Youqa@Cn
