My father has spinal stenosis and major nerve problems, I herd of a natural extract that is used topicaly to "liven" the nerves, I can't remember what it was menthol, ucaliptus* or tea tree oil!. can someone help me I am open to other answers too!.Www@Youqa@Cn

Well it is not likely!. The best thing to do would be to do a lot of muscle strengthening exercises for the back and legs!. That is about all you can do!. Certainly nothin topical is going to work!.Www@Youqa@Cn
