There's no such thing as B17!. That's a made-up designation to try to give a quack product some sense of legitimacy!. It only fools the gullible!.
Edit: NO!. You are wrong about the "real" part!. "Vitamins" are substances that are essential (vital) for life!. Amygdalin is not one of those substances!. Therefore, it is NOT a vitamin!. That is why the designation "B17" is bogus!. It was never accepted by the international authorities as a vitamin, it is simply a marketing ploy!. I'm from Australia (are you in the us perhaps!?) and you can still purchase them here!. They may have been banned as they did not meet FDA requirements - which is a alfatoxin count of less than 20 ppb!.

probably the same reason why in other countries selling certain vitamins are illegal!. Why are healthy items becoming illegal to sell!? I really want to know!. I remember the FDA banning a certain Herb, which 153 people died while taking this herb!. This herb was curing diseases as well!. And i was doing research that advil kills 2000 people a year!. Yikes!
