As a woman who has lived most of her life "naturally" I think Dr!. Keith Ungar is bang on the money with the information presented in this video!.

Dr!. Ungar provides a clear portrait of how hormones are affected through processed and refined foods and how through the simple act of a proper diet and moderate exercise most women can naturally balance their hormones and emotional reactions!.

The adrenal gland, hypothalamus and pituitary glands are the most essential glands in the body when it comes to hormones and hormonal balance!. Dr!. Ungar mentions the need to help balance these feedback glands through natural replacement therapy!.

The body is a science that requires a natural yet scientific approach if it is to operate optimally!. Eating is a science that requires common sense and a natural approach!. Refined processed foods are not natural and consequently alter the biochemical balance of the body!. All healing can be done naturally given the know-how!. Dr!. Ungar promises to eliminate the guess work by providing that much needed know-how!.

I look forward to reading Dr!. Ungar's book and highly recommend this video!. In fact, I've already promoted it on my facebook!.Www@Youqa@Cn

ill tell you one thing!. that is a looonggg video that u expect us to watch!. i watched about half!. i get the idea and i understand women do get crazy that time of the month and when that year of their life comes around tis even more crazy!. now im wondering waht is your real question!? are u asking if u can prevent it, is it real, or how to deal with it when your female goes through it!?!?Www@Youqa@Cn

Great Videos!! Doctors of Chiropractic get about 1000 more hours than medical doctors and it really shows with this doctor!.Www@Youqa@Cn

This Doctor of Chiropractic has spent a great deal of time expanding his knowledge on treating outside of the box!. A chiropractors' education consists of basic nutrition, but the majority of our training is in musculoskeletal conditions and treatments, differential diagnosis, radiology, and physical therapeutics!. There are conditions that are sometimes best co-managed with a medical doctor, and it really is in the best interest of the patient to get the best care for their problems both natural or allopathic!. It saddens me to hear such ignorant comments from certain posters, sometimes I do get frustrated!. And for the record, in my office, I no longer address myself as doctor because not only does it cause confusion but I have found that my patients are more comfortable being there under my care and they let their guards down!. I noticed that if you wear the stupid white coat along with introducing yourself as Doctor, patients are extremely uncomfortable, nervous, scared, and thats exactly what I DO NOT want for them to feel when they see a chiropractor!. I want them to feel relaxed when they come into my office and I completely agree with Lighting on this topic!. I usually leave it up to the patients whether they want to call me doctor and most of them end up doing it anyway!.Www@Youqa@Cn

I haven't looked at the video but I do take great issue with Smokin k!.'s rant!.

The suggestion that someone who hasn't had the same training as an allopathic MD should have any suggestions or opinions completely disregarded is not only ignorant but uterly ridiculous!. It's like a carpenter disregarding the opinion of a joiner or welding sculptor disregarding a suggestion from a commercial welder!.

I am especially interested in hormone problems in women!. I see women all the time with health problems relating to cycle irregularities, endometriosis hormone imbalance etc and am always looking to be more effective in treatments I can offer as a holistic practitioner!.
I will certainly watch this video at a later date as I am sure he discusses something which I will find useful!.

In regards to Chiro's not being Doctors, I trained in the UK as an Osteopath!. When the General osteopathic Council was formed a concession was made to the General medical Council and we agreed not to use the title Dr!. (most of us didn't anyway)!. When the Chiropractors formed their council they didn't make this concession!.

I now practice in New Zealand!. The NZ council makes no such restriction and we are free to use the title Dr!. if we choose to!.
I don't in everyday practice as i don't want my patients to have the impression that i issue perscriptions, but occasionally do if I sign a letter etc!.
I can't see why allopaths should be free to use the title above other healthcarers!.
Dr!. means PHD as far as i am concerned!. An allopathic physician has not studied to a higher level than I have, just for a longer period of time (in the UK Medicine is 5 years osteopathy is 4 years!.) so I can't see what they have done to deserve the title above me or chiro's etc!.

If anything instead of stopping other healthcarers using the Dr!. Title we should be stopping Allopaths using it!. Where are all these PHD's afterall!.Www@Youqa@Cn

a chiropractor isnt a real doctor so i couldnt care less about anything he has to sayWww@Youqa@Cn
