Question: Methods of curing stress and anxiety naturally!?
Recently, I have been kicked off my health insurance and was taking an anxiety medication!. I've tried exercise as a method of relaxation and have only found it to bring me on the bring of exhaustion, as I'm already sleep deprived by my four month old daughter!. Listening to classical music is helping me somewhat, yet I'm curious if anyone knows any herbs,scents, gemstones, or any other natural method that can help cure stress and anxiety!? I don't have the money or time to spend all day at a spa!.Www@Youqa@Cn

The answer is probably in the last line of your question!. Not that I think you need to spend all day at the spa either!. No time and money are probably the cause of the problem or at least contribute to the problem!. T'ai Chi is very powerful!. But it does take time!. Try to make time!. There may not be an all inclusive answer to your question!. I'm sure there are some things like herbs that help somewhat!. But the real answer must come from within!. Vanilla and lavender are considered to be relaxing but you're always best off using what you find relaxing!. Gemstones are more about making up for your energy imbalances and it helps if you wear for a more permanent effect!. I wear a turquoise pendant that lies over my thymus gland!.
