no.. you can buy papers basically anywhere that sells cigs.. just ask for some zig-zags, and it's like $1 for 20 for something.. try bluts thou.. they smoke longer and get you higher..Health Question & Answer

You will wanna use either a grinder or with your fingers make it into smaller chunks..
