Try rubbing alcohol it removes scent and oils..Health Question & Answer

Another option......
Essential oils want to be absorbed by whatever has the highest fat/oil content.. Washing with water......the E..O wants to run away from it and it goes deeper into the skin, the fattier substance.. (Found this out the hard way when I had a peppermint oil treatment on the body.. Too much E..O and a shower was not the way to fix it) Use a carrier oil, like olive oil, almond sesame.. the E..O will seek it out as olive oil has a higher fat content then skin.. Rub it in and then wipe off.. Then try the rubbing alcohol to finish the job..Health Question & Answer
