Learning from very heavy experience, niacin can help, but the most important thing is to drink water.. if you push a gallon of water a day you should be clean within 3 or four days, but that all depends on how much you smoke and how long you have smoked for..
As with all chemistry, if you can't measure it, it's not there..
So if you put so much water in your sytem that it dilutes down the THC, you'll be fine..

So many people think this, when I was in the Army I could so tell who took niacin because they turned all red and kept scratching because it makes you very itchy.. I know many people that popped hot even though they took niacin and when I was in rehab they told us common misconceptions, and one was that niacin does not work.. If it worked for someone else I would say they got extremely lucky and had high metabolism.. The best way to get it out is Tetricleanse which you can buy at any GNC (I know friends that have used it many times successfully and they were heavy smokers) or drink a crap load of water and sweat it out in a sauna..
