Best way to treat a sty on an eyelid?!

The best way is simply with warm, almost hot compresses directly to the lid for about 10 minutes 3 times a day..

If you are female, stop wearing eye makeup, and throw out your old mascara etc as it is likely contaminated..

You can use some diluted baby shampoo on a face cloth to gently clean the lid/lash margins
