If by Ganoderma, harisco means Reishi mushroom (Ganaderma lucidum), it does help depression but the effects really start to work after about a week.. It is taken as more of a long term tonic.. It is truly an amazing herb (fungus) that covers all over well-being..Health Question & Answer
