The reason for the hangover headache and general feeling like garbage is because drinking alcohol causes you to become dehydrated.. She needs to drink plenty of water to rehydrate and take some ibuprofen if she needs it.. A little bit of caffeine won't hurt either..Health Question & Answer

Haha I usually would have a wicked *** breakfast to include fried stuff and bread which absorbs the alcohol or water also..
