Woohoo, look at how many people know what the best cod liver oil is!

Carlson Laboratories has very good cod liver oil.. It's made from Norwegian cold-water cod.. It's even made and bottled in Norway to maintain freshness..

also, I would suggest taking the liquid instead of capsules (it's not gross, I promise!).. It doesn't taste like fish, and it's sooo much easier and faster.. If you wanted to take capsules, you need to take 5 capsules to equal 1 quick teaspoon of the liquid.. Carlson is probably the best for taste, quality, and there's no fishy after-burp that many other brands have..

This would probably be Nature's Own vitamin A and vitamin D fortified cod liver oil capsules that contain 4,000 IU of vitamin A and 400 IU of vitamin D..Health Question & Answer

Whichever kind you choose, don't buy a big bulky bottle...... it is likely to go rancid before you use it all.. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Nordic Naturals brand, or the Carlson's brand, which has added fat-soluble vitamins, and is pharmaceutical grade, and needs to be refruigerated..
