there are MANY reasons for headaches and there is no just one herb to cure it..

Say the headache is tension then something to lower tension would be used.. IF from dehydration then drinking a couple of good hydrating types of water like pedalyte would get rid of it..

IF a migraine perhaps detoxing would get rid of the tendency to these types of headaches..

I take magnesium and calcium supplements for headaches.. I heard Fever few is a good herb for headaches but I haven't tried it.. I turn off the lights, listening to relaxing music and breathe deeply when I don't want to take anything and I'm alone.. I hate to take so much medicine for headaches at one point I was taking Motrin and BC powder a god send medicinal remedy and I still use that sometimes on rare occasions but I'm pleased to share with you HEAD ON..
