You can also go to a whole foods store or similar and ask about Ginko, find the section and there should be tons of mixes.. Another ingredient that comes from a mushroom is something like hisperidan and it works with Ginko together.. "Einsteins Formula" is a really good brain stimulant.. I start taking the pills a week before a test and I have done really good in school, placebo or not, I believe it's really easier to recall, speak quicker, think more critically, and so on.. The only draw back is you must not always take it since it also thins the blood after a few weeks.. I stick to a week or 3 days of use and then I stop so I can take it again.. It will alter the PT/INR lab tests by raising the number above normal.. Some people take this in place of Aspirin since they do the same thing and Ginko gives better bonus effect.. take 7 drops morning and night and for studying for tests or dong an exam put 7 drops in 16 oz of water shake and sip during both activities to helping to lay down memories and helping with recall..
