You can grow opium poppies and make poppy tea.. You can get the seeds often at gardening stores listed as Papaver Sominiferum (sp.?).. After the seed pods dry out, empty out the seeds and then grind up the seed pods in a coffee grinder.. Then make tea with it.. Include a squirt of lemon juice to help activate it..
