Question: I want to give private lessons in Tao Yoga, how much should I charge and how can I advertise for it.?
I am learning Tao Yoga since more than 12 years.. Basically Tao Yoga uses own body energy to remove blockages from the body and wrinkles from the face, so it's way to look much younger in a natural way.. I would like to give private lessons to people but I don't know how much I can charge per hour and how I can advertise for it.. I posted an ad on craigslist, do you have more suggestions.? Ask your local newspaper to do a segment on your new business..You don't have to pay for them to do a small news item about you.. You could do flyers, advertise in a new age magazine, ebay even!
As for prices to charge, you need to find out what others charge.. Quick look on the net should give you the answer to what you feel you should charge..
When I first started my business I undercharged as I didn't think I should charge as much as others.. It only made me less money to pay the bills, and in fact, people told me that they didn't think I was good enough because I charged so little!
