Does anyone know any supplements that will help DECREASE your sex drive.? I searched online and can only find stuff to increase it.. But I need to tone it down so I am looking for the opposite.. Can anyone help me.?

There is only one way to really decrease Sex Drive.. I assume you want to 'decrease' sex drive due to Religious reasons.? and that you may not be married.?

Not supplements, but certain foods may help..
Something in Lettuce helps decrease sex drive.. But my friend who does not like lettuce told me that cheese works better for her (cause she can eat more of that than lettuce--it's sad, I know).. My other friend, having heard of these two items, has been making chettuce to calm down the horny, and it works..
