Question: Can I use Epsom Salt in the shower.?

Epsom salt gives benefit for joint pains and other rheumatic pains when used in warm water and body soaked in it for a period of time.. Shower cannot bestow that benefit..Health Question & Answer
VB, I disagree with the other answer, you most soak in a tub of water for epsom salts to work effectivley on the sore, sprained, whatever the ach, you need to soak it , the shower will just wash off like soap..Health Question & Answer
