Your diaphram is how you actually breathe.. When you watch a sleeping person, their STOMACH is what moves, not their chest.. I'm not sure how much it helped, but my choir teacher had us go home, but a textbook (a thicker one) on our stomach and raise it when we breathe.. Its supposed to strenghten your diaphram and help you hold notes longer..Health Question & Answer
