My faviorite form is just sitting in a silent room, maybe with some white niose or some nature sounds (like a thunderstorm, ocean, forest, etc) and just relax..
Concentrate on your breathing..

I would look into Holosync......I haven't been using it nearly long enough to talk about long-term results, but it definitely is doing something that you can feel.. Expensive and sounds too good to be true, but I did my research and it seems to be working for a lot of people out there.. Just the optimism about it working is doing the trick so far......Health Question & Answer
Before I go to sleep, I meditate and relax myself into a state of half-consiousness.. I can hear things and am aware of them, but I don't think about it.. It makes me so relaxed and it's amazing, but I have no idea how I do.. It just happens..Health Question & Answer
