Thrush in mouth for quite a while.. Been on prescription meds, but make me ill.. Dentist says is destroying my teeth and wants me to go back on prescription meds.. Have 1 week for God to do a miracle! Am also going to increase yogurt eating, add more acidophilus capsules and garlic too......Health Question & Answer

I don't know about the mix you mentioned as a treatment for thrush.. However, if you do have it and have been in treatment for some time, it could be beneficial to try alternatives..
As a Registered Nurse, I am not legally able to prescribe nor recommend medications.. However, I have dentures and when I develop a rub or irritation in my mouth, I use OTC "Peroxyl" a mouth wash and "antiseptic Oral Cleanser" made by Colgate.. It is a H2O2 based preparation and I have found it effective..Health Question & Answer
