I can't see how bad you are or if there is headache and nausea.. Sadly, the only thing to do is to get the poison out of your system.. Your body's nausea response tries to do that.. If you haven't already vomited, it would help a lot if you did..
Water will hydrate you, which is important after vomiting.. It may dilute some of the alcohol.. weak juice and water is good, gets some electrolytes into you..

haha my teacher last year was a total health freak, soda- didn't really like it..
Until one day I saw a couple of tattoos on her back
and then somedays she came in late to school, and always had a soda and was extremely tired/looked like she had a headache..

You need to rehydrate so drink loads.... try boiled water (will also help dodgy stomach), milk, fruit juice, squash..
Wet foods like spaghetti bolognese or baked beans (vit C) will also make you feel better..
Take some alka seltzer..

go wash your face in cold water.. drink heaps as your probably dehydrated.. go out for lunch order fried bacon and eggs washed down with tomatoe juice with worster sauce and a panadol Health Question & Answer
