Do daily multivitamins improve health?!

Question: Do daily multivitamins improve health.?
What are your opinions.? Would this help to improve immune defenses.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes Multivitamins will improve your health.. The food that people are eating now are lacking in many of the vitamins and minerals that we need.. Supplements are the purfect way to make sure that your body gets what it needs.. Many ailments are caused by defiencies in either vitamins or minerals.. If people would get the proper amount of vitamin and minerals in their diet they would have less problems health wise.. The best multi that I have found and recommend to everyone is Liquid Plus.. It has all of the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, amino acids and enzymes that you need and it is liquid so your body can absorb it quicker.. And it is a great price for all that you get.. You can find it at www..thenaturalyou..net.. Health Question & Answer

Personally, I feel that the vitamin industry is one of the most heavily advertised and grossly abused and over rated food "nutritional supplemental' sites..

Persons that eat a balanced diet have no need for supplemental additives, such as multivitamins,, unless on a physicians recommendation, they are advised to take a single supplement due to personal lack of ability to process one mineral or vitamin, or due to a chronic condition that requires specific additives..

.. Broad spectrum vitamins include so many other minerals that you don't really need, but are simply added to make the product look good..

The important aspect is EATING A BALANCED DIET that will include all of those additives in the OTC preparations.. I will say that pre-natal vits may be indicated, but defiinitely are not an acceptable substitute for a balanced diet, no matter what all the sales people try to tell you..

Many feel it is easier to "pop another pill" rather than eat the proper foods.. And, those who indulge in 'fast foods' that are high in cholesterol, sodiium and carbs could find multi-vits as a substitute, but they aren't really..Health Question & Answer

From a personal point of view, I've found that using a multivitamin does help.. Before I started taking them I would feel run down and under the weather most days, certainly more often than not, but since starting with them my health seems to have improved a great deal.. I think they are def worth it if you're not getting the right things in you diet every dayHealth Question & Answer
