Is sea kelp good for you!

Question: Is sea kelp good for you
and in what ways.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Sea Kelp is only good in smaller doses because it has naturally occurring Iodine (which can be toxic in high doses).. It's perfectly safe to eat (in smaller amounts, like in Sushi) as long as it's grown in safe conditions and not in polluted waters..

The Iodine in Kelp is really good for Thyroid health among other things, but so much of the population gets enough Iodine from salt (including that from processed foods that are so common in our diets), so you don't want to take too much.. I hope I helped!Health Question & Answer

It's probably not "bad for you", but think about it for a minute..

If you believe in science, biology, evolutionary forces, etc.., why would humans have evolved to thrive on sea kelp rather than on food readily available to them.?

If you don't believe in science, biology, evolutionary forces, etc.., why would your God have designed you (a land mammal) to thrive on seaweed.?

"Sea Kelp" as a nutritional supplement is a marketing scheme, plain & simple.. Eat cabbages instead, much cheaper, and nutrionally so similar you won't notice any difference!Health Question & Answer
