Give St.. Johns Wort a try..

Good on you for avoiding the chemical meds.. We R not being told the truth about them.. They contain fluoride (like the water).. Hitler was all for fluoride cuz it impairs thinking and suppresses the part of the brain required for independent thought.. Those drugs turn people into sheeple..

Not to mention they R very hard on your liver..

Try getting lots of hard exercise and fresh air.. Hard exercise wakes up the body's natural antidepressants.. Check to see if U have chemical sensitivities.. They can cause depression and unexplained fatigue & all kinds of weird symptoms.. At all costs, stay off the chemical meds.. They will make it worse for ya..

Force yourself to smile even if U don't want to.. It helps..

Good luck with it..

I was diagnosed as a 14 year old as depression ................now i'm bipolar type 2 (at 18).. But I know the depression medication is a load of ........ (take a guess what i mean) lol

If your depressed and you yourself feel depressed, then you can take St.. Johns Wart.. Takes about 2 - 4 weeks to kick in is less toxic than the stuff the doc's give you and works pretty well..

Although don't take it if you have ANY liver problems though..

otherwise, councilling, exercise (releases the endorphins - feel good- chemicals in the brain and yes, it does work!) or some friends have said more vitamin D you can find in supplements and does work apparently (or more sunshine, the rays have vitamin D as well.. I hate taking pills but if doctor's don't give 'em, it isn't medication in my eyes!)..

Hope it helps!Health Question & Answer

I have the same problems.. I was told to buy St.. Johns wort to help calm my body and to take Pantothenic acid to help give me energy during the day.. I was taking Lexapro for depression and anxiety and then taking Lunesta on top of that to sleep since the other medication made me wired all day and night.. I have yet to see how it all works but its all natural and you can buy it at your local health food store..Health Question & Answer

St.. John Wort works for some people in mild cases..

SAM-e is also supposed to work well but its more expensive and you have to make sure it legit when you buy it..

EDIT**********
You said without medication, sorry..

Try taking vitamins and working out.. I notice when I eat healthier I feel much more happy.. For a week all I ate was salads and grilled chicken and I felt so good.. Its hard to keep good eating habits up though if you are not use to it but its worth a try..
