Question: I need help with my Vitamin decision .?
I need help with my Vitamin decision .?
i am tired with no energy and bad concentration and bad memory

I was thinking of starting to take a Omega 3 fish oil tablet and a Vitamin B tablet..
do u think this will be ok .? will it help and can i take these two different things together.?

I dont want to take a multi vitamin as they seem to always have that selenium stuff in it and it makes me feel so so sick and crampy when i take anything with that in it

First i would suggest to talk to a medical person to find out what does suit to your body better..
A complex B vitamins plays a good role for energy and as well for healthy hair and skin..

I am just wondering why you think that it is the selenium in the vitamin tablets that are bothering you.? Have you taken it all by itself.? Are you on any medications.? Have you had your thyroid tested.? Sorry for all the questions but to recommend supplements or herbs it is important to know if you have had any tests done by a doctor and any health problems you may have plus any drugs you may be taking..


Taking a vitamin B complex would be good and so is the fish oil if it is guaranteed to be from non toxic fish.. Most of these oils are derived from the livers of the fish so you have to be careful.. You could try taking flax seed oil instead..


Vitamin C is also excellent for healing and giving you energy..
