Question: How can I Naturally Effectively Remove Prednisone.?
I am so against prescriptions but was on it for under 2 weeks for poison ivy.. I have such sensitve skin I had to go on it because the ivy rash was unbearable.. Anyway now I stopped the drug but still dealing with terrible whiteheads form of acne on forehead cheeks and even my nose shoulders and chest and chin.. I am so ugly.. I am drinking lemon water with no sugar and avoiding any food except fresh fruit, berries and veggies from y gardenbut what else can I do to clean my system from this powerful drug.? Thanks so much for reading.. I would like to use the milk thistle I have growing here but its fresh and not dried yet so any recommendations on the right preparation method for that.. I agree with the person before me it can be very lethal when suddenly discontinued.. I have been on prednisone for a year straight ( sometimes at does of 60mg's).. I got terrible acne, no sleep at night, an unbearable hunger all the time, and crazy mood swings.. It will take a while to get out of your system, I personally always gave it 3 weeks with me, even though the doctor said one -two weeks.. Drinking alot of water I have found and living a healthy lifestyle(exercise and diet) has helped me with relieving the symptoms.. Health Question & Answer

prednisone is filtered out of your blood by your liver and excreted thru you fecal matireal, most is gone from the system entirely within four days of stopping the medication.. I hope you did not just suddenly stop the drug, as that can have serious consequences to your health..Health Question & Answer
