Just because it's natural doesn't mean you can't damage yourself with it..
And basically it involves taking external DMT from certain plants or from a chemically synthesized source while at the same time bypassing the body's enzyme MAO, which breaks it down.. Either by route of administration, or by using an MAOI drug of some sort..
