Question: What can I use as a sleep aid.?
Okay, this is really getting out of hand.. The school year is starting and I have MAJOR insomnia.. What can I use as a sleep aid.? I stole my mom's sleeping pills and that didn't help one bit.. I even tried taking 2 or 3 and I was still wide awake all night.. Any tips.? Thanks..Health Question & Answer

Why not try tylenol pm, I've tried it & it works for me.. I wouldn't mess
around with sleeping pills.. You may find you're taking more & more
until you become dependent on them & one day you may not wake

Melatonin is good.. My 14 son has used it.. Try not thinking about school starting.. You've made it through the first day of school before.. Just take it one hour at a time if you have to..Health Question & Answer
