i am suffering from night fall ( night discharge) problem from last 8 years.. and i have habbit of masturabating.. this night fall occur 3 or 4 times in week.. plz tell me proper medicine of night fall..............Health Question & Answer

Avoid -- spicy food, Reading and viewing of any material which provokes saxy thoughts, any kind of sex activity [untill you are not OK], don't think much about your problem..
Be simple in living, Use simple vegetarian food, containing sufficient green vegetables and cow milk..
Wash your feed when going to bed..
