i feel like im starting to get a sore throat.. its not the strep kind, its like the nasal drip in the back of your mouth, you know what i mean.?.? (like you have a runny nose and the excess "drain" down you throat).. you guys have any remedies.? lol don't be shy now =)Health Question & Answer

try lemsip, the lemon one its nice
and avoid eating greasy fried foods, have smooth stuff :) it helps the healing when your swallowing!!

My favorite is a little bit of whiskey......sip it slowly..

I tried sippin some hot tea made from flax seed.. It temporarily eased my sore throat.. But it's not the best tasting stuff.. You might try regular old halls cough drops.. They work as goods for me, and may for you too.. Good LuckHealth Question & Answer
