Question: What are the "safe" foods to eat during the Master's Colon Cleanse.?
I heard that there are "safe" foods that you can eat while on the Masters Colon Cleanse to help you over come the snacking........Can anyone tell me which ones they are.?Health Question & Answer

Usually vegetables and broths are recommended..
You can keep your normal diet but think about it this way......if you eat foods high in fat and preservatives, that basically "pollutes" your body so I would stick to natural foods......organic if possible..
