some medicines you have to take with food, as in not on an empty stomach.. Some you have to take on an empty stomach, as in before food and drink.. Maybe you could phone the pharmacy for more advice, if it doesn't say on the packet.?
As for 3 times a day, how about 8am 2pm and 8pm.. Just so they are spaced out during the day.? But it does depend on whether they are on an empty stomach or not, so you can plan them around food, or not food!! xHealth Question & Answer

U should see if It says before or after food then u can take one before breakfast one lunch and one after supper that is usually the best way to take them and remember to take them with water as juice especially grapefruit pineapple or apple juice destroys all the good in the tablets..Health Question & Answer
