Who has a home remedy for arthritis.? A mixed concoction, balm or any other ingredients.. I use blue goo ( emu oil with aloe, msm) fast/acting pain relief gel but I always manage to rub into my eyes (smarts up).. I'll return what I think is a best answer.. If it's inflammed (rhuematoid) arthritis......
tummeric is a natural antinflammatory.. Works great.. You can take a small tspn and mix it with honey and take it in 1 bite.. Or buy the pills at a whole foods market.. Castor oil packs can help too
St.. Johns Wort oil with Calophyllum inophyllum oil (tamanu oil) can help the pain..
Cut down, or if you can, cut out night shade foods: peppers tomatoes eggplant.. also alcohol and sugar are big contributing factors to arthritis flare ups..
