Question: Are there any alternative or homeopathic treatments for sleep apnea.?
I have severe sleep apnea confirmed by a sleep study in a hospital.. I jerk awake with a choking sensation many times a night, and wake up exhausted.. But I hate CPAP.. I hate the mask and the tubes, and the doctor can never get the air pressure right.. Does anyone know of any alternative, naturopathic, or homeopathic treatments to ease the symptoms..Health Question & Answer

A lot of times, losing weight can greatly improve sleep apnea..
Would I be correct in assuming you have a weight problem.?
If I'm right this could be the source of your sleep apnea.. If you're not overweight then you have other issues that cause your sleep apnea and i'm unaware of any other method that works..Health Question & Answer
