The safest way to enjoy cannabis is either by cooking or with a vaporizer.. Using a bong will reduce some of the nasty stuff without diminishing the THC content, as THC is fat soluble and not water soluble.. Vaporizers can get expensive, but by vaporizing, rather than burning you actually get more THC and a much cleaner vapor..
Cooking is a bit more time consuming.. Clean your weed and run it through a food processor, then slowly simmer it in real butter in a double boiler at no more than about 160 degrees butter temp.. One ounce of cleaned herb disolved in one pound of butter is a good ratio, and some of the butter will evaporate during the slow cooking process.. After a couple hours the butter can be used in your favorite recipe, mine being fudge or put in the fridge for later use.. The vegetable matter will settle when chilled, so stir it prior to cooking.. The recipe on the name brand marshmallow creme jar works well.. I leave the processed weed in the butter, and by running it through a food processor first you won't get the gritty texture, yet retain all the Vitamin THC.. Be advised that the effects will not be noticeable until 30 to 60 minutes after ingestion, depending on metabolism.. Enjoy!Health Question & Answer
