Both hydroxytryptophan (5HTP) and melatonin are legal to purchase in the UK..
I personally have bought them from high street retail establishments, namely GNC, Holland and Barrett, Boots and Julian Graves..

Bloody expensive, but both very useful in overcoming jetlag..
