What is the worst this could be? Am I fine? I eat healthy and live healthy.?!

Question: What is the worst this could be.? Am I fine.? I eat healthy and live healthy..?
I am so sleepy during the day but I do not know why. It is difficult to drive to and from work, read a book, and to concentrate and remember things. I sleep one average 7 hours a night. (7 hours - 5 days, 6 hours 1 day, 8 hours -1 day) I eat healthy, and I try to exercise twice a week. I am physically active though. I am on the cusp of underweight and normal. No matter how much I eat I can not gain any weight. On occasion I feel a little depressed but honestly I do not know why. I handle stress very well, I have a loving an supportive wife, a decent job. I just feel the depressed feelings are from something biochemically or something. Some days people say I look a more pale than usual. I feel cold at times other people do not. My energy is mostly low. On a rare occasion I had opportunities to sleep in and I slept for 11-13 hours and feel the same as if I slept 7. I recently had what I thought were pinworms and he gave me medicine for that and it seemed to clear up until about 2 days ago. My poop is weird again, maybe I have tapeworm - I see what looks like sesame seeds in my poop.

Anyways, I have been feeling this way for more than two years.

I have a feeling it is sleep apnea. It could also be anemia, diabetes, or hyperthyroidism.

What do you think it is.?

How can I tell my doctor this without sounding like a hypochondriac.

I would like to get blood lab levels to ease my mind. How can I ask my doctor for this.? What labs should I ask for.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Tell your doctor you are cold, tired, underweight and feel depressed.

He will do blood tests and will not think you are a hypochondriac.Health Question & Answer

Speaking from experience, if you snore, you very likely have sleep apnea. My nose was broken twice, I have obstructive tissue and scarring.
As far as talking to the Doc, tell him everything- he needs to hear what you feel to better evaluate your condition. You may or may not be a hypochondriac, but better to ask than to wonder and let things go.Health Question & Answer

There are many possible causes, and the best thing to do is get a blood test at your Dr. They can see most normal things there.
Your Doctor doesn't expect you to diagnose yourself, just tell them how you feel.
And since you're on the alternative board, I will say that your symptoms could also be connected to Fibromyalgia - which many people have, makes yo utired and achy all the time.
Good luck.Health Question & Answer
