How long to "cold turkey" on morphine?!
Question: How long to "cold turkey" on morphine.?
My mum has been on morphine for the last ten weeks. The medical buffs have sorted out her problem and she has been off morphine for the last two days She is totally depressed and constantly tired. How long should it take for her to get a wee bit brighter.?.? We are not really up to date with major drugs and are finding it hard to motivate her. Will this clear within a few days or should we be prepared for a really long haul.?.?.? Don't mean to sound silly, but have absolutely no experience with "hard"drugs.
