eternal snivel, now it's almost year i every single day must blow out my nose, i refuse to go to doc, because i have feeling i know why i have this, i'm living in town, in room where all windows are to general street, so u can imagine lots of dust, air pollution..so maybe i have somekind of allergie towards to that or something but whatever i'd like to know some breathing exersises for this not suggestion to go to doc and treat myself with different medicine, stuff..

as for bad metabolism, well yeah next day after eating i still feel a bit heavy, i know maybe i should eat less but i don't think that's the issue this time, so some breathing exersises for this would also be very much appreciated :)

Answers:
yeah, you may really need some breathing exercise so i refer you this: try the stimulating breath. it will raise your vital energy. Inhale and exhale rapidly through your nose, keeping your mouth closed but relaxed. Your breaths in and out should be equal in duration, but as short as possible. Try for three in-and-out breath cycles per second. This produces a quick movement of the diaphragm, suggesting a bellows. Breathe normally after each cycle.
Do not do for more than 15 seconds on your first try. Each time you practice the Stimulating Breath, you can increase your time by five seconds or so, until you reach a full minute.there, try this exercise and if you wont get any better, i suggest you to visit your doctor...good luckHealth Question & Answer
