Natural remedies to ease Cymbalta withdrawal?!

Question: Natural remedies to ease Cymbalta withdrawal.?
Hello all! After being on Cymbalta for about one month, I decided I wanted to quit. I have tapered down exactly as recommended - and I must admit, my symptoms haven't been as bad as those of other people. They remain unpleasant however, to put it mildly. To make matters worse, the day after my very last does, my hometown was hit with a hurricane. So, I'm going through withdrawals during a massive recovery effort. I'd like to know if there are any natural supplements that will assist in easing the symptoms. Bonus points if they are supplements that are readily available, as there are only a couple of grocery stores & one drug store open now. Thanks for any advice you can give me!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Look in the herbal tea or health food section of your grocery store. Yogi teas are the best and taste good so they will be easy to drink. also most stores have Celestial Seasoning teas--they have a good stress tea and Sleepytime has lots of chamomile.

It would be great if you could find the Bach Flower Remedy called Rescue Remedy

Perhaps the most important contribution herbs can make to the whole field of neurology lies in their ability to strengthen and nourish the nervous system.

Putting the physical body at ease promotes ease in the psyche. A nervine is a plant remedy with some kind of beneficial effect upon the nervous system. Nervine relaxants are most important in times of stress and confusion, as they can alleviate many of the accompanying symptoms. They should be used in a broad holistic way, not simply to tranquilize.
