How do you define 'Qi'?!


Question: How do you define 'Qi'.?
I need to learn it's meaning for my Chinese medicine class. And I just don't get it. Maybe if it is explained in another way.? My text defines Qi as "matter on the verge of becoming energy, or energy at the point of materializing."Health Question & Answer
