Alright so I posted not to long ago bout taking a PM..but I found a bottle of Advil Pms! Now im 15 yrs old, i weigh 105. And im a HUGE chicken! lol! But my head hurts and I can't sleep! So will it hurt me to take a advil pm.?... I would ask my parents..but they are sleeping! So plz be serious. Health Question & Answer

Advil PM is fine to take. All they are is ibuprofen (the Advil part) and benadryl (the PM part). They are safe for you as long as you follow the directions on the bottle and only take the receommended amount.Health Question & Answer
