How much DHEA can I safely take a day?!


Question: How much DHEA can I safely take a day.?
I currently take 50mg a day because it helps ease the pain of fibromyalgia. I'd like to increase to 100mg, but I don't know how much is safe. Does anyone know, or take 100mg or more a day.? Thanks!Health Question & Answer
